Walking in and around Southampton
Come along and join us!
We offer friendly company on our walks. Our walks range in length and pace. We have 5-7 mile half-day walks with moderate and brisker speeds on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, a 4 mile leisurely walk on Fridays and an all-day walk on Sundays with a longer lunchbreak (up to an hour).
Newcomers are always welcome to try our walks: just turn up at the start and make yourself known to the leader. Bring refreshments. Ordinary walking shoes should generally be OK for the shorter walks. There is no charge but if after 2 or 3 walks you feel our walks are for you we ask that you give serious consideration to joining the Ramblers Association. There is something for everyone so if you enjoy walking in Hampshire and the surrounding area then why not give us a try? Come and meet us, make new friends, and discover how walking boosts your health and enjoyment. .
Dogs are welcome on our walks, but must be put on a lead at appropriate times such as walking along a road or crossing a road, and when in the vicinity of livestock
Details of forthcoming walks are on this website and on Facebook The programme of walks (July-Sept) and Newsletter can be found
Please remember to check the information on the programme against the latest updates online.
