As everyone seemed happy with the Christmas meal last year I have booked the Chester Le Street Golf Club again for Sunday 17 December at 1pm, I hope this is ok with everyone. The menu is attached with details of the deposit required. Anyone wanting to book can either pass on the deposit on a walk or can pay by bank transfer, please contact me directly for details.

For Party’s of 10 or More.
Starters
*Homemade Winter Vegetable Broth with a herby dumpling, crusty bread & butter.
*Duck & Orange Pate with side salad, toast and with a caramelised onion chutney.
*Posh Prawn Cocktail with a Marie Rose Sauce and Brown Bread.
Main Courses
*Roast Turkey Breast with homemade cranberry stuffing, pigs in blankets and Yorkshire pudding.
*Slow Cooked Beef with a Yorkshire pudding and all the trimmings.
*Roast Cod loin served on a bed of crushed new potatoes with a hollandaise Sauce & seasonal vegetables.
*Spinach & Mushroom Tagliatelle Pasta in a Garlic & White wine Cream Sauce Topped with Parmesan served Garlic Bread. (V)
Desserts
*Local Homemade Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce.
*Assiette of Panacotta ….Dark Cherry, Caramel & Sicilian Lemon.
*Classic Eton Mess.
*Homemade Sticky Toffee Pudding with a caramel sauce served with ice cream , or custard.
