We are the Take a Hike Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Known locally as “the old tram shed”, the salt beer factory is one of the hotspot venues in Saltaire and the local area (and my personal favourite reliable local boozer). The pub has its own microbrewery brewing and selling several real ales, and a pizza oven thrown in for good measure. As they rightly say themselves, a match made in heaven!!!

The venue has its own car park, with some on-street parking nearby also. It is also about a 10 minute walk from Saltaire train station, which has several regular services from Leeds, Bradford and Huddersfield.
The venue provides vegan and vegetarian options, and is also able to provide gluten free pizzas. Any food allergies that you have, please note it on the form or let me know separately and I will make sure this is accommodated. The menu is here:
