Overview

A moderate walk of approximately 8 miles across pleasant open Staffordshire countryside on field paths, farm tracks and lanes, with some gentle undulations. Starting in the centre of Abbots Bromley, we walk across fields to Radmore Farm, then head NE via Clump Wood towards Beacon Bank Farm. We then go on to Hart's Farm, Hart's Coppice and Blake's Plantation. Passing Freedom Brewery, we have our lunch stop before joining the Staffordshire Way and heading back to Abbots Bromley. Refreshments available at the Crown pub after the walk.

There are several stiles - some of them poorly maintained.
