Overview

Bridges circular.  Adstone hill - Medlicott - Shooting Box - Portway - Golden Valley - Darnford Brook. A fairly challenging 10 miler with great views and varied landscape. 1200ft of ascent with some steep and prolonged climbs in the first half. 7 stiles.
