Overview

Moderate to brisk 16.5km/10.3 mile walk, about 4 hours actual walking.

Route: east through East Preston to Ferring, north across A259 to Highdown Gardens, west over Highdown Hill and past windmill and Ecllesden Manor site into Angmering, south along west of town to Angmering Station, through West Preston to sea, west along promenade and north along River Arun to Littlehampton Station. 

Lunch: The Highdown pub and tearoom https://www.brunningandprice.co.uk/highdown/.

Meet at Angmering Station at 11.55.

Travel: Victoria 10.16/Clapham Junction 10.23/East Croydon 10.34 - Littlehampton train arr 11.54.

Finish: Littlehampton Station - trains at xx20 and xx54.
