We are the Rother Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Come and join us on this circular walk starting at Appledore Village Hall. Crossing fields, footpaths towards Gusbourne Farm, along the Saxon Shore Way. At Warehorne we stop for a drink and bite to eat then turn around and make our way back along the Royal Military Canal path.
It will be muddy in places, good footwear recommended. One sloping 10 meter section particularly slippy, poles may be useful.
Appledore railway station is 1.7 miles away.
Well behaved dogs on short leads are welcome.

We will park behind the village hall , meeting on the street outside the village Hall. There is a tea room and a pub in Appledore if anyone fancies a bite to eat after. There is further parking should you need it at Court Lodge Road car park. combining.snitch.petulant
