This is a fairly energy-sapping walk exploring the undulating countryside around the pretty village of Robersbridge. We will cross open farmland, walk alongside waterways and pass through woodland. After prolonged periods of wet weather it may be muddy in places therefore walking poles are recommended for such conditions. There are shops and a popular bakery close to the meeting point; pub available at the end of the walk. Bring snacks and a picnic lunch. For anyone not wishing to complete the planned walk, there are several opportunities to take a shorter route back to the starting point. Lift available from Beckley or pick-up en-route. If using public transport, please inform Walk leader of arrival time.
