A varied circular walk to and from Polesdon, with a great view over Denbies. Apart from one short stretch of a narrow path, alongside a barbed wire fence, it is fairly easy going. There is an average amount of ups and downs (total climb 600ft). I can't remember any stiles but if I get a chance to recce it again, I'll let you know for sure.

There's a coffee shop, at the entrance, and a cafe, in the courtyard - before the ticket office.

Polesdon Lacey Car Park - meet at the far end - drive straight past the main entrance as far as you can. Car parking free to NT members. Car parking charges apply to non NT members. Take the A246 form Guildford to Great Bookham. Turn R at Esso petrol station into Crabtree Ln (follow the NT sign), R into Dawnay Rd, L into Dorking Rd/Polesden Rd.
