This delightful walk takes us on good paths and tracks through woodland and some open moorland to the hill summits. Thse include Birnam Hill, King's Seat Hill (highest point), which have superb views across the Highlands and lowlands of Perthshire. The retrun route is by the side of the River Braan, visiting the waterfalls and rapids at The Hermitage and also Ossian's Hall and other follies.
Paths and tracks are good but will have wet and muddy sections during and after wet weather. This is a hillwalk, so good boots should be worn and hat, gloves and waterproof clothing will be needed. Please always bring some food, snacks and a drink on our walks. There will be two stops of about 15 minutes each, usually in the morning and for lunch.
