This is a moderate circular walk above Callander with a few steep and rocky sections, providing great views of the Trossachs and distant peaks. The route is quite rugged with ups and downs on hill paths, forest tracks and a section of minor road. Crossing the Keltie Water twice, the waterfalls are spectacular when in full spate.
Paths can be muddy after rain, sturdy footwear and poles recommended.
If you wish to join the walk please TEXT the Walk leader - 07397 562809 - giving your name and contact details in case of any changes due to inclement weather.
As we encourage car sharing, volunteer drivers are always needed, please indicate if you are able to offer a lift. Fuel costs are shared.
Please note - parking will be at the Callander Crags car park.
At the end of the walk, time permitting, we will visit a local cafe for some tea and scones. (optional)
