We are the Mid Staffordshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
After a walk around the Iron Age fort, we will take some of the quiet lanes, tracks and fields surrounding Gentleshaw village. We then take a gently undulating route around Gentleshaw Common, returning to our starting point via Gentleshaw itself.
There are two stiles and there are a couple of slightly muddy sections. We will stop for a short break during the walk, so please bring your own refreshments.
Please join us for a drink after the walk. The Park Gate Inn by the car park may be open; otherwise The Rag is just a three minute drive away.
