South through the Chase to cross the A343 then south through the Great Pen Wood to Foxes Lane. On to Highclere Church and FP to Highclere village. Mount Common to Rookery Farm, Trade Street and FP towards Woolton House then by way to Slade Hill and back to the Chase
This is an easy walk with no significant hills. Through woods for the first mile then lanes and footpaths returning through the woods of the Chase. The walk starts at 10.00 a.m. please bring refreshments for a mid morning snack. The number of walkers is not restricted and there is no need to book on line.
