Overview

This walk from Chawton Park Wood takes us along lanes and tracks through woods and villages to Bentworth and its golden pillar box. From here we walk along Tinkers Lane to Beech, after walking through Bushy Lease Wood. we join a short section of the Writers Way, which runs by the Watercress line, wandering through Chawton Park Wood back to the cars.

The paths are mainly in good condition but could be wet and muddy depending on the prevailing weather. There are a few stiles not all in good condition.
