Circular walk on Shotley Peninsula

Park on the hill leading  down to Shotley Pier and the Bristol Arms Pub. We will walk along the river Orwell and have lunch near the Butt and Oyster. There will be great views of Felixstowe Port and bird life along the river. After lunch we will cross the Peninsular to the banks of the Stour Estuary and return to Shotley.

Bring a packed lunch. Toilets are available at the start of the walk.

Those who wish to, can have a drink at the Butt and Oyster during our lunch stop.
