Overview

Walk will depart the car park NY22861 23541 beside the Orthodox Church, Braithwaite at 09:00.

Walk will be led by Joanna D.

We’ll enjoy the Coledale fells in an anti-clockwise direction - ascending Sleet How up to Grisedale Pike, over Hobcarton Crags to Hopegill Head. We’ll head down over Sand Hill to head up to Grasmoor. We’ll descend via Wandope to enjoy the views over to the Helvellyn range. Crag Hill, Sail, Scar Crags and Causey Pike and our final hill, the rarely visited Rowling End.
