Leaving from Cookham Station we do a circular walk of the village which takes in Cookham Dean, Quarry Wood and a ridge with a view over the Thames Valley before walking along the Thames to reach the other side of Cookham for lunch. There are several pubs & cafes to choose from as well as plenty of seating in Cookham churchyard for picknickers. After lunch we follow the Thames back to Maidenhead.
