We are the Forth Valley Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

This is a circular walk from Culross along the Fife Coastal Path to Newmills then up through Valleyfield Woods to Shiresmill. Hopefully we will see some snowdrops but if we have missed them the butterburr should be in flower. From there we make our way past Kirkbrae Wood to the Moor Path above Culross and down past Dunimarle Castle to meet the Coastal Path and return to Car Park.
Great views across the river with plenty of photo opportunities. We will pass places of historical interest.

Good paths and tracks which may be muddy. Some pavement and minor road walking. A lovely varied walk which can be shortened at various places by one or two miles.
Refreshments in Culross or Kincardine at end of walk.
