An easy walk along mostly paved paths around the village of Wester Inch near Bathgate which was created twenty years ago to meet the local demand for housing in the area. On this walk you will learn what wildlife to look out for, how nature thrives alongside residential housing & how it is continuing to be looked after. You will also discover what was here before the village!
Whilst most of the route is on paved paths there are a few sections which can be muddy after rain so walking boots are recommended. Although the paths are lined with street lighting please bring a headtorch with you on to ensure you have enough light.
It is essential to book with the walk leader if you wish to attend as places are limited to 20 people. Please advise of you wish to join the car share from Livingston when booking or it will be assumed you are meeting us at the start of the walk
