We pass through several areas of woodland, with a plentiful supply of wild flowers, but also pockets of mud. Footwear with a good grip is therefore essential and walking poles could be helpful. This is a relatively flat walk, but there are quite a few stiles. There are no refreshments available along the route so please ensure you bring sufficient water.
