Overview

From High Down we descend to the river Lyd and walk alongside it before crossing the bridge to make our way to Doe Tor Farm and then the Tor itself. A visit to the cairn and cist then the moor, over Doe Tor brook to the old mine works at Wheal Frederick. Visit Bra Tor and Widgery Cross, across to Arms Tor and then down to the River Lyd  before returning.
