Overview

This is a day out using the Liskeard to Looe train and a pleasant ramble.

Catching the 09.31 train we will leave Looe station to walk along Hanafore sea front until we reach the fields along the  coast path and then follow this to Polperro. We have time to enjoy this attractive ex fishing village.

We will then take the steep Talland road out of the village joining a path above the coast to Talland, where will go inland to Tencreek and then follow a minor road back to Looe.

Trains at 15.44 and 17.04 depending on whether you want tea.

The route is not without hills!
