Overview

We take in the sites of the old homes of composers Ralph Vaughan Williams (White Gates) and his friend, Robert Müller-Hartmann (Westdene).  Although we also pass the Dorking Halls, the walk is not all urban by any means, as it also passes through Milton Heath, The Nower and Glory Wood.  Total ascent 550 feet.

By the way, there is quite a bit of scandal in the stories of the two composers' families worthy of a TV soap opera.  Come along and hear the gossip.
