Overview

We walk through the beechwoods of Downley and Naphill commons and into Bradenham. We climb the ridge by Averingdown Farm, and walk along the ridge with fine views either side to reach St Lawrences Church and the mausoleum at West Wycombe. Passing through the village of West Wycombe, we then head across fields and woods back to Downley were we can stop for refreshments at the Le De Spencer Arms PH if desired.

Please bring a packed lunch which we will have approx. half way around. There may be mud after rain in parts and a steep up and down section where poles may be useful.

Well behaved dogs are allowed but need to be on leads in some sections.
