We are the Hampshire 40+ Walking Group. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

A lovely variation on the usual route. We head out from the carpark past Duncoombe Farm and after a short incline turn right at the bottom of Small Down and walk through woodland to the quiet lane to pick up the footpath to Halnaker Lane and Drayton. Turning back towards the village and through the churchyard we will pick up some little known paths and wind through the lesser known parts of the village such as the old Court House and Mill before returning to the carpark.
This is a circular route suitable for most abilities. Some paths may still be muddy after all the rain we've had, please wear appropriate footwear.
Please aim to arrive for 09:45 for a prompt start.
There will be one coffee/water stop. Please bring refreshments if needed.
Dogs welcome with well behaved owners. Please use a lead if there is livestock in any fields.
The George Inn: please join me for a drink afterwards and support local business.
Carpark by the allotments - please do not use the parking at the village hall.
