Don't spend this Easter munching your bodyweight in chocolate.... Instead why not take a meandering ramble around Stockbridge - starting from the downs, across the meadows & through the town before heading on out to Danebury Hill Fort for an extended lunch where there will be time to explore. Returning through Leckford with a little "sting in the tail" but with fantastic panoramic views as a reward (weather permitting) - and justification to go home and gorge on that chocolate after all - knowing you earned it!
NOTE the earlier start time to hopefully get in before the spaces go! There are alternative parking options nearby along the road or at a 2nd car park location if needed.
We will pass toilets at around 1/4 of the way through the walk.
There will be short refreshment stops before & after lunch.
Well behaved dogs welcome with well behaved owners!
There will be the option of drinks afterwards at the White Hart in Stockbridge.
The car park has limited spaces so PLEASE CAR SHARE for this walk. If car park is full, I will advise of alternative parking options nearby.
