Approx 4 miles. From Tong down Springfield Lane to Cockersdale. Along Tong Beck to Pudsey. At Roker Lane onto the path alongside Pudsey Beck. Over the bridge and up Keeper Lane back to Tong. The route covers uneven ground, fields, riverside paths, and lanes.
Possibility of drinks after the walk.

Meet at Tong Village Hall - shown on maps as The Old School Room. There is a parking layby beside the grassy area in front of the building; the road is wide enough to park opposite this layby.
