Overview

Start is from the car park of the Hampshire Bowman pub in Dundridge (near Bishops Waltham). Meet at 10 to pre-order lunch, ready for a 10.15 start. The morning is about 4.5 miles heading west through pleasant open countryside. There is one section on a main (but not busy) road using a broad grass verge, but also some lovely beech woods on the final stretch.
After lunch we loop to the east walking about 4 miles in part of the South Downs countryside.
