We join the forest trail by the Glade Tearooms. Leaving the road behind we are able to enjoy some “forest bathing” at it’s best using quiet footpaths, tracks, trails and forestry roads. Away from any traffic noise we will be able to clearly hear the songs of the wide variety of bird life that inhabit the forest at this time of year. We also pass a well curated Bronze Age burial site said to be over 3000 years old.
Pre-booking requested. Please message walk leader, Peter Fowler (07976 095233).
Refreshments available: The Glade Tearooms, near the start / finish.
