Overview

We'll head north through Gullane and then north east before reaching the beach. We'll head south west along the beach to the Aberlady Bay Local Nature Reserve. We will either stay on the beach, or take to the dunes depending on the tide. Leaving the beach we go through the LNR then a bit of pavement and quiet road walking before heading past Peffer Bank Wood and Saltcoat Castle (ruin) and back to the cars.
