Overview

Here is your chance to explore the Chevin and the delightful countryside west of Belper. The route takes us from Hazelwood via The Chevin and Blackbrook. North Lane on the Chevin is believed to be a former pack-horse route from Farnah Green to Milford  and was, according to many authorities, a route used by the Romans and was possibly part of the ancient Portway.

Please note that this is a change to the original route.
