Overview

A 7 mile circular walk starting from Higher Poynton CP next to Middlewood Way.  From CP onto Middlewood Way, then Ladybrook Valley Trail, over canal, Brookside Farm, Elmhurst Wood, Crow Wood, Hase Bank Wood,  West Park Gate, Shrigley Road, Lockgate Farm,  Adlington Basin,  Middlewood Way, back to CP.
