We are the Forth Valley Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Come explore the Keir Estate through woodlands and country lanes, ancestral home of the founder of the SAS. 8 miles. We will go at a moderate pace. There will be a couple of breaks along the way: hopefully seeing a good show of snowdrops at the first and a stop at the Sir David Stirling memorial at the second. There is one short, steep slope to navigate and we can expect some slippery, muddy underfoot conditions. Local grade C+. Places on this walk are limited. Please email leader if you wish to participate by 1pm on Saturday 15th February.
