We are the Shrewsbury Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This walk starts from a pretty riverside spot in the village of Leintwardine.A place of historic interest being an old trading post in Roman times with Watling Street running through its centre.We should have extensive views of both Titterstone & Brown Clee hills.We pass by Downton Castle and through the Downton estate and the village of Burrington.Refreshments are available at the end of the walk in The Sun at Leintwardine,Tea/Coffee and cake £4.50
