Overview

An easy walk of about 5 miles with a few stiles, starting from the Inkwell Pub, Lichfield. The walk will go along the disused canal up to Pipe Hall Farm, we then follow the Heart of England Way to Sloppy Woods for the bluebell display.

Meet at Wyndley swimming Pool car park 09:15 for car sharing. Directions to the Inkwell pub, Stonneyland Drive: Take A5127 towards Lichfield. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Falkland Road/A461. Follow A461 for 0.6 miles across two roundabouts. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Stonneyland Drive. Pub is on the right.
