We are the West Berkshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
We pass Hillside Farm and Deanwood Park Golf Club as we leave Stockcross and cross the A4 near East Lodge before heading south and under the Bypass onto Speen Moor. Arriving at the Kennet and Avon Canal at Enborne Bridge, we then head westwards on the towpath for 2 miles before going over Hamstead Crossing and returning to our start point passing The Red House and Stockcross Church.
Numbers are not limited, so no need to book.
Parking is at the Recreation Ground, which is signposted to right when heading westwards on B4000 road around 100 metres beyond the junction with Chapel Road.
