Overview

Three key rivers, the Bradford, Lathkill and Wye: on this linear walk you will see them all. Our route starts in Middleton by Youlgreave and takes us via Bradford and Alport. From there we wend our way to Bakewell and should, weather permitting, have good views of the Wye Valley, Manners Wood and Haddon Hall.

Street parking in the Square, Middleton by Youlgreave. Meet at 10.30. You may prefer to park at the end point in Bakewell and travel to Middleton by bus. The 172 bus leaves at 10.00 from Bakewell Square in Bakewell.
