Overview

We start along the upper Lathkill Dale but soon leave it to ascend to Magpie Mine and the village of Sheldon. There is then a woodland section followed by Deep Dale. We return on mainly field paths. Expect some slippery surfaces if it is wet and mud anywhere. Total cumulative ascent 1800 ft. Tel 07836358791. Sorry, no dogs due to local restrictions. Full Day. Bring lunch and adequate liquids.
