A 4 mile varied moderate walk through woods, forest and fields. A steep hill to begin with (10 minutes walking time) before levelling out across fields and tracks. Elevenses taken with far reaching views towards North Herefordshire and the Black Mountains, weather permitting. A small amount of B road walking at the very beginning and end of walk. 4 stiles in total.
Parking at The Moon Inn pub Mordiford, please park at top of car park (free). Unfortunately pub not open on a Tuesday alas no facilities.
