Overview

Enjoy Dave Sidgwick's lovely walk from New Mills (usually from Hague Bar, but car park is still closed) with the added delight of mince pies!

A 10 mile moderate walk taking us along the splendid Millennium Walkway, on to Furness Vale, the Dipping Stones and across Whaley Moor with lovely views of Kettleshulme.  We walk around the old Moorside Hotel and on to Black Hill, Higher Disley, Seven Springs camp, cross the A6 and up to Hague Bar, returning along the River Goyt.
