The walk follows the paths, tracks and lanes through the fields and countryside to the south of Odiham. Skirting the eastern edge of Odiham, we head south east, then south, passing through Horsepond Copse, then by Horsedown Hill on our way to Well. Here we reverse our direction and head NW making for the western edge of Odiham. We then head west, making for Greywell and its eponymous tunnel, to join the Basingstoke Canal, which we follow east to return to the carpark.
There are eight stiles, all in good/fair condition. The going should generally be good to soft, although soft/wet in some wooded areas.
Please come prepared for the weather and conditions underfoot - there are some exposed sections to the walk.
Please bring sufficient food and drink for the day.
The walk is limited to 16 walkers, please book using the website link by 6pm, Wednesday, 5 November.
