Overview

This is a lovely walk with a bit of a climb out of Bakewell to Ballcross Farm to start with, then across Moatless Plantation and Carlton Pastures with views over the Chatsworth estate and surrounding edges. Down to Edensor and the edge of Chatsworth to Carlton Lees. The route then follows the Derwent Valley Heritage way to Rowsley, up to Bouns Corner and contouring through Manners Wood to descend back to Bakewell.  Muddy in places but nothing horrendous.
