Moderate/Strenuous-Meet Poynton Coppice car park SK12 1TF

10am start 9 miles 1380 ft ascent from ECR walks planner moderate/strenuous Cross the canal to Green farm, along farm track to Shrigley road. Up Moorside to Keepers cottage where we stop for coffee. Climb up to Dale Top, Bowstones, Lantern wood, the Cage, stopping at visitors centre for lunch break/toilets Crow wood, Elmerhurst wood, Ryles wood, canal and Middlewood way back to car park. Wet/muddy ground in places. No dogs please. Bring packed lunch
