Overview

From the Green we cross Richmond Bridge and follow the river to Round Howe. Here we cross  back over the Swale where there are toilet facilities. We cross Reeth Road to take tracks and footpaths to Low Applegarth stopping for coffee on the river bank. From Low Applegarth we have a short climb up to the C2C path to Richmond with lovely views down to the Swale and passing through Whitecliffe Wood which can be muddy. From Richmond we'll do a loop to Easby Abbey and back to the start
