Overview

Beautiful wild flower meadows in Swaledale and a very pleasant walk on mostly very good tracks with great views as we return to Muker on the side of Kidson.

The track on the side of Kidson is rocky under foot in places so sticks are recommended.

In poor conditions this section can be avoided by taking the track that follows the west side of the river

Parking just past Muker on road side

Time will be allowed to visit the Keld Living Heritage Museum

There are a few stone gated stiles
