We are the Guildford Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Walking around the Park which is an Area of Special Scientific Interest and has some ancient woodland, we pass Isabella Plantations, Pen Ponds, White Lodge and we may see a few birds, the red and fallow deer. This is a fairly flat 8.5m walk, 430ft ascent, no stiles. There are two cafes with toilets on our way.
Cafes serve hot and cold drinks & food.
For those who wish to have a drink and late lunch at the end of our walk, The Albert pub is 5mins walk from the Car Park.
Kingston Gate CP, Turn right as you enter the Park onto Dark Hill, CP is immediately on RHS Richmond Park, Queens Road, (B531) Turn off Kingston Hill (A308)
