Overview

Join us on a linear walk from Saltaire to Ilkley. Starting at Saltaire station, this route will take us up through Shipley Glen and Bingley Moor before reaching the beautiful purple heather of Ilkley Moor. From there, we will head into Ilkley itself for drinks and refreshments.

  • Street parking is available in Saltaire
  • The 10:56 train from Leeds arrives in Saltaire at 11:10, this train can also be caught from Bradford by changing at Shipley.
  • Trains from Ilkley run directly both to Leeds and Bradford. If you have traveled by car to Saltaire, you can get the train back to Saltaire with me, which includes one change via Shipley.
