Overview

A long and at times strenuous, but rewarding walk.  Starting at Seaford, a climb up Seaford reserve, to the fisherman's cottage and down into the valley, a walk around the river and a lunch break alongside it, before ascending to the Seven Sisters.  After the Seven Sisters a further break at Birling Gap before the final stretch to Eastbourne.  Swimming costumes optional!  If we have a heatwave, an opportunity for a dip at Birling Gap.  Option to stay for a drink or food at the end in Eastbourne.  Eastbourne Station is signposted for those not wishing to stay.
