Seven Hills walk on Cannock Chase

Starting from the Punch Bowl, nr Milford Common our walk today is on paths and wider tracks, generally good under foot and not much mud. There are no stiles but a few minor obstacles and some short fairly steep sections. There are options to bypass some hills and to cut short the walk if required. We will have an elevenses stop on the third hill so bring some refreshments.
