Overview

This is a short walk of approx. 6miles from Riccall to Skipwith village then around the Common and back to Riccall. It is a flat ,easy walk , initially across fields to Skipwith church where we will have a coffee stop, then onto the Common on good tracks. There are a couple of stiles after the village. We will have lunch at the bomb bays before leaving the Common and making our way back to Ricca. We cross the A19 twice. It will be wet and muddy in the fields so gaiters/waterproofs and poles are recommended. THere is a pub in Riccall  for refreshments and the cafe may also be open.
